Congrats to manu for winning this year’s league (it doesn’t warrant a front page cover news on the Straits Times imho, so much to say most media are pro-manu, they cajole the majority of manu fans in Singapore, it’s all business. $$$. Condolences to the unfortunate in Myanmar and China. One thing noticed, there seems to be much more coverage of China’s mishap, but Myanmar’s death toll + missing is like almost 50k, compared to China’s current 13k. Both are in asia, but i find so much attention on China by local news, rather disturbing to the extent of seemingly “carry balls“.

People can say “why can’t you pity the PRCs? Look at those horrible scenes seen in photos online, how can you not pity them?” (me: not much photos from Myanmar u meant?)

I remain unfazed, all i can do is giving condolences. Perhaps my numerous bad experiences with PRCs, plus my dad’s bad experience of cheating business partners from China, i have a baaaaaad impression of them. Maybe except for one or two of my former classmates, they were aces, never assholes. The others…disappointing. Most of them rich brats, come here study spend rich parents’ money. Dirty our country with litter (yeah i seen them littering blatantly when there’s no cops around), spitting a lot, and some display really epitomes of kiasuism…yah they are just as skilled as those rushing mrt aunties with little seat-hunting kids unleashed.

Thankfully im not exactly a hard core PRC hater like so many others online. I actually rather tolerant, and i steer a clear berth from them, or having work with them or anything associated with them (eg. gaming). Stay away, no trouble, no problems.

It’s so FAAARRRRRKING obvious the erp gantries are not solving the traffic jam issues here, it’s simply pushing the jams all the place, to somewhere there isn’t a jam in the first place…and VIOLA….let’s slap another gantry on the new problem spot. Everyone’s not blind (even those who don’t own cars) to know that for every gantry erection, the money just keeps flowing. Beep beep beep. Especially when you take cab…wah fierce…that’s really knn already. Wonder if they really come up with another cock excuse to replace the “effective in eradicating jams” excuse given.
